e-DESIGN

1. Who could be the ideal candidate for e-Design? All of Kaïsa's clients share a common desire for a professional and customized interior design experience. e-Design works great for you if you: * appreciate the convenience of collaboration and communication via email and other digital methods * have a busy schedule that is hard to work around—making taking meetings with in-house designers a nightmare * have a limited budget and want to spend the majority of it on items for your home—rather than on the designer's fees * have the ability to do a bit of work but still want step-by-step guidance from an interior design professional.

2. How long will it take to get my room e-designed? You will receive your design solution package via email between 1-3 weeks from the day of receipt of all items needed to start the design (payment, questionnaire, room layout with measurements, and photos.) All digital boards will be emailed in PDF files.

3. Which room do I select first in an open-floor plan? We strongly suggest that you purchase a design plan for both spaces, in this case. Spaces which open into one another tend to feel like a single space, and it’s not possible to truly transform the look without taking into consideration everything your eye sees in its single view. The single space living-dining room combo is the most common occurrence. If you have a combo space, please indicate that in the questionnaire.

4. Can some of my existing furniture pieces be used? Certainly. As much as possible, we try to incorporate your own purchases and special finds to provide clients a personalized and affordable interior makeover, as long as these pieces work within the overall design style.

5. How can Kaïsa provide design services virtually? The advances of technology in the new millennium have impacted the way we conduct business. This makes it possible for interior designers to work with clients over the internet. To allow Kaïsa designers to accurately understand your space and needs, work within your budget and achieve the look you want, you will be asked to complete a design questionnaire, provide a rough sketch with measurements, and photos of the room. Inspiration photos you found online are welcomed as well. In fact, the more info you give, the better it is as this will help understand your style preferences.

6. Do you work within the budget given? Of course! We can work within just about any budget. That being said, our ability to create a dramatic transformation will be determined by what you’ve set aside for the project, the extent of your preference for designer vendors only (expect to spend more) or retail vendors only (expect to spend less).

7. Will you make changes if I don’t like something? All our packages include one round of revisions within five (5) days from the date of receipt of your design package, so that items or layouts can be re-selected or modified. If a specified item on the shopping list is discontinued or out of stock within 30 days after you receive your e-Design package, Kaïsa Design Studio will re-select these items at no cost to you.

8. Can I purchase an e-Design room package as a gift? Absolutely! Our e-Design room packages are fabulous housewarming or newlywed gifts, and much more...

9. Once I have my plan, am I able to ask questions? Your e-Design solution package comes with a 30-day follow-up implementation support. You may ask all any question you have during this period via email communication. If requesting support via phone or Zoom, you will be billed at a rate of $100/hour.

10. In what locations do you offer e-Design services? Our e-Design services are available in all continents, especially in North America, Europe, and Africa.

11. Do you offer services besides e-Design packages? Yes! We offer services such as furniture selection, space planning & 3D rendering, kitchen & bath design, and selecting paint colors, rugs, art & accessories, and lighting. Contact us and let us know of your needs for a custom pricing for these services.

Recommendations: We strongly encourage clients to purchase furniture and accessories as soon as possible as there are no guarantees that the furniture and accessories specified today will be available 3 months from now. Therefore, clients are encouraged to wait until they are financially and practically ready to make purchases and implement a design solution.
